When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. We also collect your YouTube channel information and comments data solely to provide the Prehix service. We do not collect any sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the platform.
Your data is used exclusively to power Prehix features: fetching YouTube comments, generating AI replies, and posting responses on your behalf. We use OpenAI to generate reply suggestions. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Prehix uses Google OAuth 2.0 to access your YouTube account with your explicit permission. We only request scopes necessary to read and reply to comments. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase with industry-standard encryption. We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Prehix uses essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also withdraw consent for data processing by deleting your Prehix account. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@prehix.in.
